The nurse again was updated on the development and she directed arrangement be made for him to see the PCP Doctor in the office. Information was communicated to the unit Coordinator. Staff Yemi Adams inquire what he intends to do with the concoction and he informed the staff he intends to consume the solution. So Staff made him understand it is unhealthy to eat such and staff trashed it. CJ manner of eating and his choosing approach of preparation recently is really of great concern to staff members and we are suggesting his meal be henceforth prepared for him by his staff until he is diagnosed to be fit to prepare his meals again. His level of lying has also been observed to be alarming.
