Screened in porch needs to be painted. some peeling paint noticed behind the iron patio table. also the little patio outside of the screen door needs to be caulked and painted...it is cracked. as well as the bottom strip of siding on the home has been broken by a weedwhacker (assumption) and needs to be replaced. |
