the columns on the front porch are chipping paint and rusty at the bottom and need to be rapinted. the handrails on the wheelchair ramp are in need of repainting.

issues from QA report 8/11/2019

1-a few boards on the deck need to be painted or stained

2-living room wall by bay window needs to be painted, has some deep scratches on it.

3- popcorn ceiling in the small hallway bathroom needs to be repainted.

4-master bathroom floor tile has some cracked tiles. as well as the wall behind he trash can in there needs to be touched up and painted.

5-main wheelchair ramp by front door needs to be painted.

6-gutter guard needs to be rehung (already in steds)

7-anthony's room window is missing a crank

8-dining room wall by the tv needs to be repainted.

9- hallway panels need to be resecured to the wall (already in steds)

the board paneling to the left of the main bathroom door is warped and needs to be renailed down or replaced.

The recliner Aubrey sits in is broken. It tips to the right really badly as well as flips back too far. the cushion is also worn.
