need new washer and dryer set the washing machine holds water no matter what setting its on or how small the load is and the dryer takes more then 4 spend cycle to dry and the lent trap be cleaned. The maint.guys uncloggedhe lent was clogged but still not working probably |

the kitchen cabinet is broke on the end part by the walk way david davis ran in to it with his power chair and knocked the wood off needs to be nailed back together |
