(pg. 13-14) • The top of the entrance ceiling/sidings has paint peeled off and also dirty-needs power washing as well. • The light fixture on the front outside has lots of bugs trapped. Please clean. • Area rug for living room needed. (pg. 21) • Under sink cabinet cover is missing in the kitchen, exposing the sink bowl. (pg. 23) • Toilet paper roller missing in the main floor bathroom. • Caulking needed around the outside of shower and back of toilet in the main bathroom. • Paint the cover of the attic door. It has several stains. (pg. 29) • Vacant room is missing the doors to the closet. (pg. 30) • Danny’s closet door has several holes on it and missing a knob. • Danny’s room needs to be painted on several areas on the wall including the ceiling by the curtain rod that has a black stain and the window frame. (pg. 38-42) • Remove the walker from the basement that belonged to George McCauley. It’s been by the wheels and not safe to be used. |
