Log Date 2/18/2018, 10:13:23 PM Co-ordinator Tiffany Smith Staff Name Rebecca Ward Comments At 10:35 am on 2/17/2018 Samantha Godleski had a seizure that lasted about 2 min. she was stiff, eyes were open but looking to the right and they where twitching. her mouth was open and tounge was twitching as well. at one point she started to turn blue a little bit I the face. her face during the seizure would b best described as seeing something that scared her a lot. when she was finished she took a deep breath and started to cry a little. she seemed to know what was going on but it was just scary to her.
