wm came back from the day program and went straight to her room. She came out of the room with annoyance, staff asked her what the problem was as it seems she was looking for something. She did not respond, all she did was to curse, beat staff, slam the door, disorganized her room, throw some of her things in the living room. Moreover, she hit kd really hard and this ensue exchange of words and beatings. Wm call down for more than an hour and started again. At this time Ms. Tu witnessed this. |
