AT 10 PM I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS GOING TO TAKE IT SINCE HE WAS NOT ASLEEP. HE AGREED AND TOOK IT AT 10 PM. I ALSO NOTICED A BRUISE AT THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HIP I INFORME THE COORDINATOR AND SHE SAID IT HAPPENED AT THE DAY PROGRAM. LAUNDRY IN PROGRESS AND TRASH TAKEN OUT. |
