This is to inform the Maintanance Dept. that B.W bulged in one of the kitchen cabinets with back of his fists, measuring about 8 inches on this day, 8/14/16 at about 7:15 pm. There was no apparent reason for this action. Hence, requesting the MD to take note of this damage to property. Thanks. |
