issues per QA report from 8/11/2019:

1- basement bathroom light fixture needs to be replaced. it is rusty.

2- hand railings at stairwell are loose and need tightening.

3- living room wall by bicycle painting needs to be touched up with paint since the repair was made.

4-caitlin's bedroom curtain rod needs a bracket. currently doesn't have one.

5-supplies closet main floor, needs repaired (already in steds)

6- basement ceiling needs repaired due to crack (already in steds)

7-med room door needs to be replaced, it is cracked.

when kids are using the shower it is causing a leak in the basement.

1- folding door in basement between the two bedrooms is damaged.
2- light fixture in downstairs bathroom is rusted.
3- towel rack in downstairs basement is broken.
4-CM's bedroom needs a new curtain bracket. it has come off.
5-top rack in dishwasher isn't working. will not pull in or out.

in the laundry closet the panel that goes over the electrical lines has come loose and needs to be reattached.
