Fix the floor around the toilet in upstairs bathroom.
Install brackets for bathroom curtain.
Patch holes in window above fireplace so curtains can be taken down.
Repair garbage disposal.

Touch up paint on wall near sofa by kitchen next to sunroom.
Larry still has cracks on his wall, they need to be covered and re-painted.
Please look at windows in sunroom.
