~Fred needs a platform bed. (Jai aware and process started)

FJ bed: Foot board is detached from the frame.

Kitchen: Front left burner not working.
FJ bedroom: Blinds need to be repaired. Appliance under window needs to be re-secured in socket. Bed frame split where footboard connect to the frame.
Upstairs bathroom: Paint required behind toilet.
LM bedroom: Small cracks in walls above window and next to closet.
Dining room: Mark in wall where chair is rubbing against the wall.

The bed Room door knob in Fred Jackson need to be replaced, broken from other side. The hallway bathroom doorknob is also broken in the same way.

Downstairs Bathroom: Toilet paper holder bracket needs to be re attached.
