Flooring in the vacant bedroom in the basement is warped and coming up off the floor.

the molding in the corner of the basement closest to the fire extinguisher is detaching from the wall.

the wood panel under the fire extinguisher in the basement is not securely attached to the wall, has a slight opening where it could possibly be ripped down.

Kenny's closet doors are broken., the hinges have come off and it is off the track.

the dining room chairs are broken, apparently this has been an issue and reported before.

1) the backyard porch light/floodlights do not work. I assume the bulbs are burned out.
2)two burners on the stove do not work.
3)in the medication/supply closet the ceiling (kitchen floor) the woods looks as if it has some water damage. wood needs to be replaced.
4)the basement wall by the sliding door needs to be painted.
5)the beadboard needs to be patched or filled in by the ceiling. (the basement wall above the love seat above the small ravens decal.)
6)the basement window frame is rotted and needs to be replaced. the small window by the love seat.
7)caulk around the main floor toilet and tub in the bathroom
8)Daniel's bedroom floor needs to be stained by his bed.the window in Daniel's bedroom is missing the bottom piece of wood for the frame.
9)the doorplate on Daniel's door is cracked. (the one that stops the handle from going into the wall.)
10)Daniel has a small hole in his wall by his closet.
