Supposed to be a big handle like the rest of the drawers. b) blend the paint on few areas behind door. paint doesn't match. 2) Alex's room: a) needs new furniture- chest and night stand, both are in very bad shape. b). has a hole in his wall behind his bed, currently covered with scotch tape. c) wall beside bed needs to be painted, has scuff marks that cannot be mr. clean erasered off. 3) Front entrance closet: has a few cracks in it. 4) Front door: screen is ripped by the door knob, needs to be replaced. (windows by front door need a new film. currently have something on them that cannot be cleaned off.) 5) Basement: a) hang the punching bag up. b) wall by the curtain rod needs to be fixed, has a hole there. c) screen door needs to be attached. d) floors have deep scratches from the sofa being moved around. e) bathroom's floor tiles have gaps between the toilet and the vanity. f) wall next to shower damaged. 6) Living room: screen on the computer cabinet still not up. 7) Dining room: Chairs are loose and wiggly. new ones? 8) Vacant bedroom in the basement (formerly Jahmik's): few areas need to be painted on the wall, closet door and the ceiling. peeled off panel. Front door threshold needs to be painted. the opening between the kitchen and the dining room needs to be painted. there is a patched spot in the dining room that needs to be painted. |
