Both clients spent a fair shift. All their needs were satisfied ie meds snacks food etc. At the end of the day they all went to bed sound and safe. Infact the 10 sticks limit a day does not work by mid-day hehas exhausted the 10 sticks and contiues to ask for more. not only cigarettes but coffee, soda go out for a wlk,it is a vicious cycle that keeps on and on till the shift ends. All their needs and wants were satified. All meds given as per MAR. DT refused his 8pm meds today,all necessary documentation done. Dt was gone to bed but BC continues to remain up because according to him he has not had enough to smoke. No incident to recount except BC still awake at 10:30pm. BC has had persistent headaches since his discharge and has been on Acetaminophen under nurse supervision. Bc has been smoking since discharge but at a reduce d frequency. As for coffee he has not relented his reauest. His eating has not been the best but staff do encourage him with success. DT did not go to work today and will go on LOA tomorrow instead of today as earlier agreed. All of thei wants and needs were satisfied accordingly They all went to bed sound and safe today.
