Dougles went to his weekly therpy appointment. When I went to give 12noon meds DB didnt have any of his afternoon meds in the cabinet in his draw. I call Kunnle around 11:40am to find out about DB meds but I didnt get an answer, so I sent atext message, no reply.As a result I just documented on the back of the MAR that meds were not given because they weren't in the unit and that I contacted the coordinator.
