Bobby said he had headache after he asked for a cigarette and it was given him,he later asked for a tylenol which he had.;

All is well both David and Dougles were home today. DBrown has had a shower and he is now waiting on his OT that is due to come around 4-4:30. Today the Occupational Therpist will be assisting him with preparing his own meal. David refused a shower when I suggested. All meds given and documented. |
