I suggested to David to take a shower due to him having a body odor, but he refused and stated " that he won't be taking a shower until he is able to without leaving his room. So in other words he wants to have a bedroom that has a bathroom. Dougles call and canceled this weekly therapy appointment at Kenddy Kreiger, due to the weather. He stated that the rain would damage his wheelchair. All meds were given and documented for them both. DB has some clothing on his floor so I attemped to assist him with cleaning them up and washing the one's that were dirty, but he insisted that I leave his room and he also refused to let me know what was clean or dirty. DB also could't recieved his Glucerner because there weren't any in thge unit, MAR was signed and documented. Other then that all meds were given and documented.
