KITCHEN: The wall by the table next to the window is scratched. The table chairs are filthy and should be replaced with wooden chairs not fabric. The floor under the dishwasher is damaged. A big crack has been reported. The door going to the basement needs a wall plate to hide and prevent the knob from damaging the wall behind it, especially now that the door stopper is broken.
ROMAN'S ROOM: The board under his mattress is not large enough. He needs a bigger one. His mattress sinks.
BULLETING BOARD: Replace the two small boards with big ones i.e the ones usually in all homes. This should be the standard size with Plexiglas. A console table is recommended to be placed under the board . The wire of the phone is not looking good.
BRYAN WOODS' ROOM: His closet has paint peeled off. Add new window film to the bottom of his window only, not the top. He looks out the window being nude and there are small girls living opposite the house. His TV box/Plexiglas needs to be secured. It's hanging off on one side.
BRYAN KELLY'S BATHROOM: The corner of the shower need caulking. It is yellow/discolored.
HALLWAY: There is a need to paint the former place where smoke alarm was moved in the hallway. Painting is needed to match the color in the hallway. Thee wall between kitchen and dinning room needs to be painted. It was a patched up work. The light fixture in the hallway has one light bulb out, please replace.
BATHROOM: The wall needs to be painted. It was a patched up work done previously. The bath tub doesn't clean after scrubbing and even using magic eraser won't do it. It needs to be re-glazed.
FRONT ENTRANCE: The wall right above he door needs to be fixed. It has leak, crack and stains.
VEHICLE: The back passenger's door rubber is hanging. The vehicle needs new floor mats. It has rust on few places on the exterior, by the back right tire and by the trunk.
There's a need for a new rim on the back tire. The extra tire in the trunk needs to be removed because it does not serve the purpose of an extra tire. The van needs detailing.
