David claims that he doesn't like giong to the day program because it is to loud there. Douglas deided to stay home from his weekly therapy appointment. He (DB) says he is still in pain from the four abstractions he got taken out on yesterday. All AM and Noon medications have been given and documented. Douglas hasn't complained about any pain since he last recieved meds at 12noon.
